1.1. Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of your order.

02. P A Y M E N T
2.1. Currency accepted is either USD or BRL and the payment methods accepted are Paypal (invoice - USD), Ko-Fi (USD), Picpay (BRL), Pix or Bank Transfer (BRL).
2.2. Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or after the sketch approval. I won't proceed with the artwork after the sketch phase without at least 50% of the payment done.
2.3. If the client is unable to make the payment soon after the sketch approval the commission will remain on hold until I receive the payment in full. Once the payment is done the commission will become active again and it will be moved to the end of the Queue list.
03. P R O C E S S
3.1. The time it takes to finish your commission varies 3 days - 1 month depending on factors such as my health, the complexity of the commissioned piece or other work. The commissioner will receive a Trello link to keep track of the artwork's progress.
3.2. Once the piece is finished you will receive the HD .png file via email. Note that there is NO physical product.
04. R E V I S I O N S
4.1. You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece during the sketch phase included in the price.
4.2. A fee will be added if you want something changed after the sketch phase - unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.
4.3. If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make.
4.4. I won't make any big changes after the sketch phase.
4.5. I won't adjust my color palette to your liking but you can still request a specific aesthetic/vibe for your piece (e.g. Cottagecore, Dark Academia, sunny day, sad vibes).
05. C O P Y R I G H T & U S A G E

5.1. I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
5.2. I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
5.3. I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

5.4. You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels (as long as I receive all credits).
5.5. You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
5.6. You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. If you want to print it on any surface (shirts, mugs, pillows and other) then it MUST be for personal use only (unless agreed upon).
5.7. You MUST credit me when the commissioned artwork is used (applies to personal and commercial commissions).
5.8. You may NOT mint the artwork to NFT.

T H E F O L L O W I N G I S C O N S I D E R E D C O P Y R I G H T I N F R I N G E M E N T :
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms (unless agreed upon).
- Claiming the artwork as your own.
- Altering the artwork without my consent.
- Removing my watermark.
- Using my artworks for AI training.

6.1. ​The buyer is NOT allowed a refund after agreeing on commissioning me.
6.2. I have the right to cancel the order at any moment before the payment is done.
